  5. From the dough make bigger balls and place in your palm and keep pressing your thumbs and index finger to make a bowl shape, add the stuffing and fold well from all sides. Set aside
  6. On the kitchen top sprinkle Ata and with rolling pin roll out in a circular shape the Paratha. Complete the batch
  7. On a tawa heat with 1 Tbsp oil and place the Paratha. On medium flame fry one side for 2 mins, flip the side and add oil again. Fry for 2 mins
  8. Complete the batches and set aside
  9. Plate with Aloo Dum as I did or onions, green chilies, achar or Dahi
