  5. Heat enough oil in kadai on medium flame. Put 3 hole plate in the murukku press. Fill it with the dough and press it on a greased ladle and press the edges slightly to avoid separation. use the ladle to gently drop the murukku in hot oil without over crowding in oil.
  6. Fry murukku by flipping in between until bubbles in the oil settles down. Drain onto tissue. Prepare murukku with rest of the dough. Once it is cooled down completely, store it in airtight container.
