  1. Wash and soak both lentils for 30 minutes
  2. In wok add oil add chopped onion
  3. When onion becomes transulant add ginger garlic paste and green chillies fry them till becomes light golden
  4. Add salt coriander powder turmeric powder
  5. Red chilli powder fenugreek leaves black seeds mix and cook for 5 minutes
  6. Then add tomatoes and make good Masala
  7. Add lentils and mix
  8. Cook for 5,10 minutes add 3,4 glass of water and cook until it becomes thick and lentil tender
  9. Take it out in bowl put fried onions ginger green chillies and fresh coriander on it
  10. Heat desi ghee in pan you can also use oil
  11. Put garlic cloves I used desi garlic,put chillies cumin seeds basil leaves and red chilli powder
