- 1 medium Ridge Gourd
- 1/2 tsp Onion Seeds
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder

- Mustard Oil
- 1/4 tsp coriander powder
- 1/4 tsp cumin powder
- leaves Chopped Coriander

- Assemble ingredients
- Wash nicely with salt and water, drain excess water.
Marinade with little salt + turmeric for around 10 minutes. - Fry marinaded fish till golden brown and keep aside.
- In moderately heated pan add oil, add onion seeds and allow to crackle.
Add chopped vegetables and sauté for 2-3 minutes. - Add turmeric + salt + cumin powder + coriander powder + red chilli powder and sauté for around 2 minutes.
- Add around 1 cup water and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add fried fish,mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes till water dries up to some extent. Add chopped coriander leaves in this stage.
- Fish curry is ready to serve, pair with hot steamed rice and enjoy monsoon.
