- First marinate the chicken. chicken wash properly then add some oil and sliced onion 250gm and zinger garlic paste 100gm. And all powder masala add 2 teaspoon each.add pudina leaves,salt and add 100gm curd with 2 lemon juice to it
- After 30min put the pan on the flame..when chicken is properly cooked.then prepare rice for it. Put a pan for rice.add 3-4ltr water to it.add some salt and khada masala and add some saunf to it..when it starts to boil add rice to it.when 80% rice is cooked then drain it.. then prepare for dum
- First take a big size pan.add some ghee to it.then add all the chicken.then add cooked rice on it. Then add fried onion with gulcon and biryani masala mixed to it..and add some coriander leaves. Add food color rose water keora water to it.then add Desi ghee 1spoon only.. then covered it..put the pan on the slow flame for 15min..then your tasty delicious chicken Biryani is ready for serve.
